More K-Mart Doubles and Victoria's Secret Couponing!

I made another K-Mart run this evening. Some of the deals were a repeat because I had multiple coupons. Here are the deals that were new to this shopping trip...
Edge Shave Gel- $1.99
-$1.00 coupon (this week's paper)
=Free when doubled
Rolaids Tablets- $1.99
-$1.00 coupon (stockpile)
=Free when doubled
I have NEVER blogged about Victoria's Secret deals and I'm sure some of you are probably laughing that I would take a picture of underwear and post it on this blog. However, my trip to Victoria's Secret tonight is proof that coupon deals can happen in more than drug stores (lol). In the bottom corner of the picture you will see a coupon that was maybe mailed to your house recently. Typically, these coupons are for a free pair of underwear. However, this time the coupon was for a free pair of underwear AND $10 off any $10 purchase or more. So, of course, I searched the store for items costing only $10. Near the register I found these small bottles of their perfumes for $10 each. The friendly cashier rang everything through and I was prepared to pay only tax. To my surprise the total showed $0.00 on the screen and in my head I squealed! Therefore, I got a pair of underwear and a bottle of perfume for NOTHING! Victoria's Secret was so kind to send one to our house in my husband's name. Seeing as he won't be needing any ladies underwear I intend to visit again to get a free bottle of perfume and underwear. (NOTE: I did also spy mini mint containers that were priced 2 for $5. I bet you could do 4 mint containers for free as well!!)

Kmart Double Coupons 8-10-10

K-Mart is doubling coupons up to $1.00 value this week (a $1.00 coupon would double to $2.00). Certainly not as good as their $2.00 doubles in the past but I was able to find some pretty good deals. Remember to use your Shop Your Way rewards card and they will only double up to 5 coupons per day. Here is what I did...
Ban deodorant- $2.00
-$1.00 coupon from last week's paper
=Free when doubled
Oral B toothbrush- $1.99
-$1.00 coupon from last week's paper
=Free when doubled
Reach floss- $1.79
-$1.00 coupon from my stockpile and printable from www.reachbrand.com

-$1.00 off of 2 coupon from www.daviddollars.com
=Free when doubled
Dentek flossers-$2.00
-$1.00 coupon from www.dentek.com
=Free when doubled
I ended up only paying $0.30 for tax :)

I will receive $2.99 worth of Single check rebates for the Pampers and the LA Looks gel. I also received the following +UP Rewards-
$2.00 for the Pampers
$2.00 for the Herbal Essences
$2.00 for the Johnson's Baby Lotion
I should have received $1.50 for the Crest but it didn't print. I'm sort of tired of complaining to the store so I sort of cut my loses because I still am making a profit.
Please be aware that the +UP rewards are only printing once per product. In other words, I could not return later this week and buy the Pampers and expect to get a +UP reward. Rite Aid now clearly states in their flyer Limit 1 +UP reward per household.

My CVS trip 8-1-10

Pictured is what I purchased-

Dawn Dish soap- $0.97
10 Sobe Life waters- $1.59 (BOGO Sale this week)
Altoids- $1.49

Coupons Used...
$3 off of $15 (this coupon was mailed to me since I subscribe to their emails
5 BOGO Sobe coupons (I won these from http://headsortails.sobe.com/ you can print 2 per day)
$1.50 Boost coupon
$1.00 Dawn coupon (I got this coupon from a P&G mailer)

I also redeemed $1.00 Extra Care Bucks. My total out of pocket was $0.98. I also earned a $1.00 Extra Care Buck for the Altoids. My total savings was $26.39.

I really suggest you play the Sobe game because you will get two free bottles from CVS this week since they are on BOGO and you would have a BOGO coupon!!! I plan to return later this week once I win more coupons.
